Delete your account

Email [email protected] from the Google address you sign in to Padock with, asking to delete your account. We confirm by reply and delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What is deleted

• your account: email, name, picture link, Google account ID, access status;
• your machines and paired phones, and every sign-in session, so every app and device is signed out;
• your waitlist entry.

Technical logs, which hold no names or addresses, expire within 30 days. We keep only what the law requires, such as records of payments, for as long as it requires.

What stays on your devices

Your projects, agents, settings and tokens live on your own machines, not with us. To remove them too, delete the Padock apps, and on the Mac the folder ~/Library/Application Support/Padock.

Only a phone

To disconnect one phone but keep your account, remove it in Padock's settings on the Mac, under Phones. Its access ends at once.
